High quality pictures and videos will be provided before the sample is shipped to your
doorstep. Once the sample has been shipped to you, returns or refunds are not
accepted.

Once mass production starts, returns or refunds are not accepted unless in the case
of a defect product(s), in which case we will be responsible and issue you a refund for
the number of defect product(s).
